I met Jeff and Bob Ryder at the office and we went to the meeting with our attorneys to discuss the Jay Haussmann issue. Jeff did a great job of laying out the timeline of our relationship with Haussmann. The attorneys have decided that the letter of dismissal needed to go out today and it has been sent. The letter is copied to everyone at InDemand. The attorneys are drawing up the lawsuit and also meeting with the US Attorney to see if they are interested. They requested a copy of Vince McMahon's "Ruthless Aggression" interview on Raw. The extent that Haussmann has forged documents is amazing and indefensible.

Jeff passed on more information concerning the extent Haussmann has gone to see that we go out of business. Haussmann bought commercial spots in an Iowa town that is not carrying our ppv. It is further evidence that he attempting to put us out of business.
